Integrating quantitative insights into our work now

When we look at technological innovation we tend to focus on the more advanced tools that are coming or just been developed. General purpose AI Tools like ChatGPT show so much promise while continuing to have serious limitations. I believe they will change the ways society interacts with law in meaningful ways. However, for many reasons there are and will continue to be limits on how they are implemented for some time.

Though I join many of you in looking to the future when these tools will be used more extensively with both anticipation and caution, I know there are many ways we can improve how we plan, the ways we work, and how we communicate about what we do now. There are extensive quantitative methodologies that are available and widely tested that we can start implementing today without waiting for technology to develop, the regulatory environment to change, or cultures to adapt.

Some of these techniques are applicable in a wide range of environments, while some of them need more specialized approaches. My goal in starting a consultancy is to help you understand how to navigate this space in ways that are meaningful to your work as it is, so you can be ready as the future unfolds.

I look forward to speaking with you about your needs and goals soon!
